RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Thanks for doing Service & Repair at Al Maraghi Auto Repairs; the ISO Certified exclusive service center for Mercedes Benz cars in Abu Dhabi. If you are not entirely satisfied with Service & Repair at Al Maraghi Auto Repairs, we’re here to help.
As we are a service Centre; the return policy is meant for the workmanship only; the spare parts will have the manufacturer’s warranty (if any). The warranty period for the service will be as per mentioned in the invoice; during these period you can revisit the workshop for the rectification of the same complaint. We will fix the problems without any labour charges, if additional spare parts to be used will be charged to customer accordingly. To be eligible for a return, the complaint must be same as per your initial complaint and no outside workmanship / interference has to be done on your car. You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once you receive your vehicle after the completion of repair & service; And if you’re not happy with our services and with a written confirmation from an authorized agent stating our services are faulty, then refund will be made for the total labour / service charges. If there is any special agreement before the start of job; refund will be made on that basis.
There will be service charges of US $25.00 to process any approved refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within 7 days / a certain amount of days, or depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
